1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JiliBoss ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiliboss.app and its associated mobile applications.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JiliBoss platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the JiliBoss platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the JiliBoss platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gaming;
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of JiliBoss, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the JiliBoss platform or any affiliated gaming service;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using your account.

JiliBoss reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the JiliBoss platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one JiliBoss account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. JiliBoss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: JiliBoss may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Outdated information that results in failed transactions or compliance issues is your responsibility.

JiliBoss reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the JiliBoss platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• JiliBoss accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment channels as displayed on the platform at the time of transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your JiliBoss account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. JiliBoss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance. JiliBoss reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits or a verified account in your name. JiliBoss does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed in the cashier section. JiliBoss aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals on the same business day for verified accounts, though processing times may vary.
• JiliBoss reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any applicable transaction fees will be disclosed prior to processing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

JiliBoss offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified JiliBoss accounts in good standing unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• JiliBoss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• JiliBoss reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting game mechanics, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

JiliBoss is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following terms apply to all games available on the platform:

• All games on JiliBoss use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by JiliBoss or any third party.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published and available within the game information section. Actual results may vary from stated RTP figures due to the inherent variance of random outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, JiliBoss will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. JiliBoss's decision in such matters is final.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. JiliBoss is not responsible for errors made by live dealer providers, though we will work with providers to resolve disputes fairly.
• JiliBoss reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or where the integrity of a game has been compromised.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JiliBoss platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods;
• Money Laundering: Using the JiliBoss platform to launder funds derived from illegal activities, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games;
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the JiliBoss platform in place of genuine human play;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on JiliBoss;
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the JiliBoss platform by persons under 21 years of age;
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward JiliBoss staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

JiliBoss is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the JiliBoss platform — including but not limited to the JiliBoss name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of JiliBoss or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the JiliBoss platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any JiliBoss content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on JiliBoss content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any JiliBoss software;
• Use JiliBoss trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of JiliBoss intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by JiliBoss.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JiliBoss and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the JiliBoss platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data resulting from circumstances beyond JiliBoss's reasonable control;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers integrated into the JiliBoss platform;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the JiliBoss platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional content.

JiliBoss's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JiliBoss account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit JiliBoss's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

JiliBoss collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering on JiliBoss, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by JiliBoss, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on your data rights and how to exercise them.

12 Amendments to These Terms

JiliBoss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the JiliBoss platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the JiliBoss platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the JiliBoss platform and may request account closure by contacting our customer support team.

13 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by You: You may close your JiliBoss account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Termination by JiliBoss: JiliBoss reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority;
• Any other circumstance where JiliBoss determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or regulatory compliance.

Upon termination for cause, JiliBoss reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, real-money balances will be returned to you in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the JiliBoss platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact JiliBoss customer support to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. JiliBoss's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management are final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight by PAGCOR.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
